This parking spot has become my reliable choice whenever I'm in the vicinity, offering truly convenient parking along with an effective token system. The hourly rate of $4 is a significant advantage, making it considerably more affordable than other parking options available nearby.

This is a truly commendable parking garage, yet it remains to be seen what a gambler's unique perspective might add to its overall assessment.

I noticed the parking garage didn't have many available spots. The air felt quite stagnant due to poor ventilation, and the lighting throughout the area was rather dim. Additionally, I found the parking charges to be on the pricier side.

My experience at this parking garage was incredibly frustrating due to what felt like blatant overcharging. Upon attempting to exit, the initial charge displayed was $3 after I inserted the round yellow token. However, I encountered significant payment issues; the machine repeatedly rejected my token and wouldn't accept my card, prompting me to call for assistance. During the wait for help, I reinserted the token, only to find the charge had inexplicably jumped to $4. This sudden increase while I was stuck at the gate is absolutely unacceptable, as customers should not be charged more for waiting to resolve a payment problem. To make matters worse, the garage attendant I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and rude, failing to grasp the problem and simply yelling, "talk to my boss," which provided no resolution. I fully intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this incident; you absolutely owe me that extra dollar. If this practice of incrementally overcharging thousands of people at the exit is widespread, it amounts to thousands of dollars being illegally collected, and that is simply not right.

I'm quite confused about the parking charges here; could someone clarify why I was billed $8 for a stay of only 92 minutes? I'm trying to understand if this amount is standard for such a short duration or if it represents an unexpected overage charge.

Visitors should be wary of potential overcharges at this location. When I collected the yellow token upon entry, I noticed there wasn't a clock available to mark our arrival time. To ensure I had a record, I captured a screenshot on my cellphone, which showed we entered the garage at 1:07 PM. We returned to pay for our parking at 2:35 PM, and the attendant charged us $8. This seemed incorrect, as our stay was actually 1 hour and 28 minutes, yet we were billed for 1 hour and 39 minutes. The receipt further complicated matters by indicating an entry time of 13:04 and a payment time of 24:43, clearly demonstrating that the timing mechanisms on both the entry and payment machines were inaccurate.

While I've parked here previously without major issues, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory as the rates have become shockingly high. An overnight stay can now set you back as much as $54, and even a lost chip coin carries a hefty $48 fee. With a charge of $2 every 30 minutes, expenses accumulate surprisingly fast. What's more concerning is the upcoming access restriction, effective January 1, 2025; from that date, vehicle access will be strictly limited to between 7 AM and 10 PM, every single day. This means if you need to leave for work before 7 AM, or return after 10 PM, your car will be inaccessible, as there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. If your vehicle is inside outside these hours, it's stuck until the garage reopens. Considering both the drastically increased pricing and these severely restrictive new hours, I find this garage is no longer a viable option and simply isn't worth the considerable hassle.
